Everyone loves pizza, right? It’s like the one food that I’d happily eat all day, everyday. The only problem is ordering from Domino’s every other day is not only just expensive but really unhealthy! All that carby, cheesy goodness does nothing for the waistline.
The gym I go to does healthy food alternatives and a pizza was one of the meals, result! When I tried it I realised that it would actually be really easy to make so here goes…
What you will need for 2 people:
1 Chicken breast
Grated cheese (I used cheddar)
The great thing about this recipe is it’s really easy to make and also really quick!
First off dice the chicken and fry in a pan until fully cooked. Spread on a thin layer of BBQ sauce on each tortilla. Place the chicken on top followed by a small amount of chorizo and some spinach. Then sprinkle on the grated cheese and put in the oven at 180 degrees for about ten minutes and that’s it! So quick and easy and definitely a healthy alternative to Domino’s. It’s not exactly the same but it’ll definitely curb your cravings.
